• Do I need to setup the Extra Features in the PayPal Subscr when using the Membership as a means to deliver my subscription content?

• Well, if you're already using the membership script itself with the paypal subscription module, then it'll happen automatically.
  
  You do not need to setup those xtra features/paths. ;)
  
  However, if you were using a diff. membership setup/platform, you could send the variables upon signup/cancellation to that script via that extra features section.
